Join our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) program to build the strength you need to stay active and healthy as you age. In our hour-long classes, held twice a week for eight weeks, you'll experience a workout that includes a warm-up, easy-to-follow strength exercises, and a cool-down. Led by a trained instructor, our program focuses on functional movements that support your everyday life.
We provide a sturdy chair and weights. All you need is comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Plus, you'll receive an exercise guide to continue your progress outside of class, ensuring your fitness journey doesn’t stop when the class ends. Stay strong, stay healthy, and enjoy a more active, independent lifestyle for years to come!
This course is offered at no cost with funding in part by USDA SNAP to income eligible audiences.
