Join our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) program to build the strength you need to stay active and healthy as you age.  In our hour-long classes, held twice a week for eight weeks, you'll experience a workout that includes a warm-up, easy-to-follow strength exercises, and a cool-down. Led by trained instructors, our program focuses on functional movements that support your everyday life.

In-Person Classes: We provide a sturdy chair and weights. All you need is comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.

Virtual Classes: Please ensure you have access to similar equipment at home. Plus, you'll receive an exercise guide to continue your progress outside of class, ensuring your fitness journey doesn’t stop when the class ends.

The class fee of $50 per participant, is sponsored by the Boonslick Regional Library
