Join our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) program to build the strength you need to stay active and healthy as you age. In our hour-long classes, held twice a week for eight weeks, you'll experience a workout that includes a warm-up, easy-to-follow strength exercises, and a cool-down. Led by trained instructors, our program focuses on functional movements that support your everyday life. 

In-Person Classes: We provide a sturdy chair and weights. All you need is comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. 

This program is free to Perry County residents age 55+. Program fee for non-residents and those under age 55 is $50. 

Program is funded in partnership between the Perry County Extension Council and the Perry County Senior Services Tax Commission.

Sessions will be held on Mondays/Wednesdays beginning on February 19, 2025 at 9:30 A.M. and continuing through April 14.
