Throughout the 2026–2027 school year, the Resilient Economies and Community Health (REACH) Community Collaborative is connecting students, community partners, and key stakeholders with local employers through monthly employer site visits.
These hands-on experiences offer an inside look at the businesses, industries, careers, and opportunities available right here in our own backyard—helping participants discover local career pathways and build meaningful connections with area employers.
Join us for the October 2026 REACH Employer and Century Farm Visit featuring Ozark Fisheries! ??
Ever wonder how thousands of fish are raised, cared for, and shipped across the country? Come see it for yourself at Ozark Fisheries, a 4th-generation family-owned and operated fish farm that has been raising goldfish and koi for 100 years!

You’ll also get a glimpse into the careers, technology, science, and business behind a unique Missouri industry.
Come explore the operation, learn more about the industry, discover potential career opportunities, and see firsthand the important role local employers play in our community.
