What makes a team truly effective isn’t just talent or strategy—it’s feeling safe to speak up, contribute, and take risks. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore how psychological safety shapes team dynamics, performance, and innovation. You’ll learn what it looks like in action, why it matters, and how to foster it in your own workplace.
Through real stories, group activities, and practical tools, you’ll:
- Discover the four stages of psychological safety
- Reflect on your own team experiences
- Identify behaviors that build—or break—trust and openness
- Leave with simple, actionable steps to strengthen communication and collaboration
This session is designed for professionals who lead, support, or work within teams and want to create a culture where people feel safe to speak up, take risks, and grow.
If you're ready to build a stronger, smarter team—this training is for you.
