Panel Discussion:
Discover how national security, supply chain resilience, and the CHIPS Act are reshaping the manufacturing landscape.
Panelists:
- Madhavan S. Esayanur, Ph.D. Senior Director of Global R&D at MEMC/GWC, with over 20 years of experience in silicon materials. He has led product development and technical management across GlobalWafers sites in Italy, South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
- Nicole Eldred Jaeckel Senior Consultant at WIPFLI, specializing in data-driven strategies for small and medium manufacturers. She focuses on delivering timely industry insights and driving long-term performance improvements.
- Syed Kamrul Islam, Ph.D. Professor and Chair of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Missouri. His research interests include semiconductor devices, high-temperature electronics, mixed-signal circuit design, and bio-microelectronics.
- Jim Noble, Ph.D. Professor and Chair of the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Missouri, and MU Site Director for the NSF I/UCRC Center for Excellence in Logistics and Distribution (CELDi). His research focuses on integrated production systems and supply chain resilience.
