Join the US Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration Division as Mary Lynn Almond, provides an over view of the fiduciary responsibilities for union trustees.

  • Benefits Basics – Covers what a person needs to know about employee benefits generally and explains EBSA’s mission and services 
  • Common Inquiries - This presentation is a list of the top retirement and health plan inquiries received by EBSA. It provides a comprehensive overview of the ways in which EBSA can help participants and beneficiaries with questions and concerns about their employer/union-sponsored benefits 
  • What You Should Know About Your Retirement Plan – goes over basic information about vesting, payment options for benefits, loan/hardship withdrawals, filing a claim for benefits, responsibility of Plan Fiduciaries, etc.
