Labor Law Update from the US Department of Labor | Hour & Wage Division

Join the US Department of Labor Hour and Wage Division as they provide an overview of the Fair Labor Standard Act. Trini Murguia, Community Outreach & Resource Planning Specialist, will discuss the minimum wage, overtime, recordkeeping, child labor, misclassification laws, and the Pump Act. Jeffery Depew, an investigator for the US DOL, will discuss the implications and enforcement of the Davis Bacon Act.

This is a great opportunity to discuss and ask questions with a local US Department of Labor representative.
