Join us for our workshop and field day! In the morning, we will concentrate on identifying plants and methods of treatment. Hear from biologists representing the Missouri Department of Conservation and Quail forever on cost-share opportunities for tackling invasive plants on your property. Following lunch, we'll venture into the field to practice plant identification and learn how to safely mix and apply herbicides to combat invasive plants. All levels of participants are welcome - from beginners to invasive plant novices.

This event is FREE and will include a complimentary lunch!

Event will start at the Texas County Extension office (114 West Main Street Ste 2, Houston, MO 65483) and then will move to the Houston USDA Service Center (6726 C South Hwy 63, Houston, MO 65483) after lunch.
