Are you interested in learning to preserve food at home? 

This class teaches you to use home food preservation techniques and recipes that make safe, high-quality products. 

  • June 12th: a hands-on workshop will be offered on jam making. 
  • June 19th: a hands-on workshop will be offered on salsa canning. 
  • June 26th: a hands-on workshop will be offered on egg preservation using freezing techniques. 

The program cost is $20 per workshop or $50 for the three part series.
