Are you interested in learning to preserve food at home?
This class teaches you to use home food preservation techniques and recipes that make safe, high-quality products. At the end of class, you will get to take home a jar of jam from the hands-on demonstration.

- 10:00-10:45 am- Welcome and Introduction to Food Preservation: Canning - Melissa Cotton, MPH, Nutrition and Health Specialist, MU Extension
