Are you interested in learning to preserve food at home? This bootcamp teaches you to use home food preservation techniques and recipes that make safe, high-quality products. The day includes a morning and afternoon session. Participants will learn the science behind food preservation and participate in hands-on food preservation practice. All participants will take home a final product.
