Calling all men interested in taking charge of their heart health! Starting with the New Year on Monday, January 6th, at 8:15 a.m., join us at the Cuba Bakery for Heart Information for Men, a series of quick, engaging, 20-minute lessons designed to tackle essential heart health topics. 

 Led by the dynamic team of Dr. Tom Martin, a retired cardiologist, and Rachel O’Halloran, a Nutrition and Health Specialist with MU Extension, this program breaks down critical health issues like heart disease, prevention tools, blood lipids, and hypertension. These bite-sized classes also feature interactive activities to boost your knowledge and help you make smarter decisions about your health.
