Whether you are new to home food preservation or you just need a refresher on something you’ve been doing for years, this food preservation workshop can help you preserve food safely and efficiently. This workshop will focus on canning salsa and you will leave with a finished food product to enjoy. This is a hands-on workshop, so you'll be able to practice what you learn!

This food preservation program was developed by University of Missouri Extension faculty and is based on USDA research conducted by the National Center for Home Food Preservation at the University of Georgia.
