This 1-hour course is brought to you at no cost thanks to the Reynolds County Extension Council. Whether you are new to food preservation or you just need a refresher on something you have been doing for years, University of Missouri Extension's Food Preservation course can help you move forward to preserve and produce safely and efficiently. An online series offering specific, self-paced courses is also available. More information regarding this online course will be given at the class on May 28th.
Please bring your pressure canner lids to the class if you would like them inspected.
