Have you heard of Blockchain Technology?
Are you familiar with food traceability systems?
Do you know how blockchain can be used to track food origins and enhance quality transparency?
We need your participation! We are conducting a research study to explore how consumer perceptions of food traceability using blockchain change when they receive education about the technology. Our goal is to investigate the role of education in increasing consumer trust and appreciation of blockchain-tracked food products.
What Will You Do?
- Complete a short survey to assess your initial knowledge and perceptions.
- Attend a 60-minute educational session to learn about:
- How blockchain technology enhances food traceability.
- The impact of blockchain on food safety, transparency, and quality assurance.
- Interactive learning opportunities to help you develop understanding of how blockchain works.
- Take a follow-up survey to measure changes in your knowledge and perceptions.
