Cooking Matters is a series of weekly classes during which participants learn how to prepare healthy, delicious meals and stretch their food dollars. Each class consists of a nutrition lesson, group discussion, and hands-on learning while preparing a full meal as a group. At the end of the course, graduates will receive a completion certificate and a book that contains information learned in class and lots of delicious recipes.
