Please join us for the Beginners Grass-fed Beef Production and Marketing School. Representatives from MU extension, the Missouri Forage and Grassland Council, and producers will present on topics throughout the workshop. Participants will gain a better understanding of marketing, including websites, farmers markets and email marketing. Additionally attendees will have a chance to gain hands on knowledge of forage systems including native grasses and annual forage crops. Producers currently selling grassfed beef will discuss pricing, market development, and social media presence.
