Description:
The University of Missouri Extension’s Fire & Rescue Training Institute (MU FRTI) is charged with the responsibility of providing comprehensive continuing professional education and training to Missouri’s fire service, emergency responders, and allied personnel. Always mindful of its mission, MU FRTI has a direct impact on the well-being and protection of Missouri’s 24,000 firefighters and the 5.9 million citizens they serve. The accredited course work of the Institute is taught through a diverse delivery system across the state providing accessible, multidisciplinary education and training.
