Kids in the Kitchen, Fourth Edition

The Kids in the Kitchen, Fourth Edition curriculum has been reorganized and divided into its three distinct levels. Please refer to the links below for each level of the program.

Levels A and B contain seven lessons that cover topics such as basic cooking skills, good nutrition, healthy food choices, food safety and physical activity.

Level C contains eight lessons that cover the topics found in Levels A and B, as well as a lesson on planning and preparing a complete meal based on USDA's MyPlate.

    6- to 9-year-olds
  • Kids in the Kitchen — Level B (not available for download or print, update in progress)
    10- to 12-year-olds
  • Kids in the Kitchen — Level C (not available for download or print, update in progress)
    13- to 15-year-olds
Kids in the Kitchen is a cooperative project with Kansas State University's Kids a Cookin' program.
