Recovery Friendly Workplace Missouri
Support recovery. Strengthen Missouri’s workforce.

At Recovery Friendly Missouri, we support employers in creating workplaces that empower employees impacted by substance use and mental health challenges. By offering training, resources and peer support, we help businesses foster a culture of compassion, accountability and recovery.
Since launching in Fall 2022, more than 50 employers have completed the training and joined the RFW community. Businesses that become designated often experience a powerful cultural change — one that breaks down stigma and strengthens trust across teams.
Don’t just take our word for it. See what designated recovery-friendly businesses said in our Recovery Friendly Workplace Mentor Program Survey.
