Elsa loves aerospace, gardening, and most importantly kids! She was in 4-H as youth and leverages that experience and passion to reach the youth today. Using her experience with 4-H and her bilingual expertise she has expanded 4-H to new schools and youths. Currently, she is programming at several schools including Carver Dual Language Academy.
