Barbara has been with MU Extension since 2007, initially with the MU Conference Office coordinating various conferences and working with diverse clientele, including all Mizzou Advantage grant recipients. In 2018, she took on a leadership role, guiding the application of Cvent registration and integrating it with the MU Extension online platform. Her responsibilities expanded from event registration reporting to broader Extension reporting in 2024, leading to her current role in implementing PEARS, the Extension reporting platform.

Barbara's prior experience includes roles at a non-profit agency and a public relations firm. She also served as an advisor and marketing coordinator for study abroad programs at the University of Missouri.
