Update on MU Extension SNAP-Ed programming

Congress passed a budget reconciliation bill that has eliminated funding for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Education (SNAP-Ed), and the program is officially ending Oct. 1, 2025.

MU Extension is committed to supporting the health and well-being of Missourians and will continue to provide nutrition and health-related education. But with the end of SNAP-Ed funding, it will look different as MU Extension restructures this work. Find more information on MU Extension’s SNAP-Ed webpage.
