COLUMBIA, Mo. – The 15th Annual Missouri 4-H Clover Classic Golf Tournament, June 3 at A.L. Gustin Golf Course in Columbia, raised over $85,000 in support of youth programs across the state.

“We are incredibly thankful for the continued support of our Clover Classic community,” saidWendy Hall, chair of the Missouri 4-H Clover Classic. “The funds raised this year will make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people across Missouri,” said tournament co-chair Bob Idel.

Co-presenting sponsors for the tournament were Climate FieldView and Great American Insurance – Crop Division.

Proceeds from the event will help fund educational programs, leadership development opportunities and community-focused projects for 4-H youth statewide. These efforts support Missouri 4-H’s commitment to ensuring young people are 4-H Beyond Ready—equipped with the skills, experiences and confidence they need to lead in school, work and life, said Rachel Augustine, senior director of advancement for University of Missouri Extension and the Missouri 4-H Foundation.

“The success of the 15th Clover Classic is a powerful reminder of how much Missourians believe in 4-H,” Augustine said. “Thanks to our generous donors and sponsors, we are able to invest in the next generation of leaders and change-makers.”
