- Discover the confidence of safe home food preservation! Join our hands-on workshop to learn how to safely preserve sweet spreads by utilizing the steam canning and freezing methods. Feel empowered and prepared as you explore the steam canning method of preserving high-acid foods, learn step-by-step techniques for using the equipment correctly, and the ease of freezing jams and jellies! Each participant will also take home a final product!
