The PACE program instructs those new to the enforcement of animal laws and ordinances by discussing how to appropriately and safely carry out those duties.
The National Animal Cruelty Investigations (NACI) series of courses dives deeper into what to look for and how to appropriately investigate a multitude of animal violations and crimes.
The PACE program is designed to meet training and certification requirements set forth by, or for, most agencies. NACI would be considered the “equivalent” or “other appropriate training agency.”
