This program is for child care educators and qualifies for 1 MOPD clock hour. As our world rapidly advances, the importance of developing skills and knowledge in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) is increasingly relevant. Early childhood is one of the best times to lay the foundation for future STEM thinking. Learn how to infuse STEM into your classroom through fun, developmentally appropriate activities. This is part of a multi-session "Creating Preschool Learning Environments" Series on Saturday, March 29, 2025. The sessions in the series include: Creating Developmentally Appropriate Environments in Preschool Classrooms, I Can Do It! Supporting Independence in Preschoolers, and Infusing STEM Into the Preschool Classroom. It is recommended to register for all three sessions, but it is not required.
