In-person
Moving Together is a new physical activity program for adults in the perinatal period and their babies/toddlers. The class meets once a week for four weeks and includes stretching, movement to get your heart beating faster, and health education tips and materials.
Program Details
- Format: In-person, University of Missouri campus, meet on the south side of Jesse Hall
- Dates: April 6-27, 2026
- Schedule: Mondays, 12:10-12:50 pm
- Class Length: 40 minutes
- Instructors: Liz Harrison and Sarah Davis
- This program is offered at no cost while it is being piloted.
Who Can Join
- Pregnant individuals
- Postpartum participants (with medical clearance)
- Partners
- Families with infants
- Infants and young children are welcome with an adult caregiver
All fitness levels are welcome. Always talk with your healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program. Postpartum participants should have provider clearance and may begin after 6 weeks postpartum.
