Mercer County MU Extension and Farm Bureau sponsors Ag Night to discuss alpha-gal syndrome, a blood-borne parasite transmitted by ticks that may result in allergy symptoms related to red meat. Presenters include MU Extension Specialists Rachel O'Halloran and Micah Potgeiter. A light meal will be provided by local sponsors.
