The Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP) is a six-week group program for people with type 2 diabetes and is designed to help participants manage their diabetes symptoms such as tiredness, pain, and emotional issues by helping them learn skills to better manage their diabetes day to day. DSMP is an evidence-based program developed at Stanford University and now managed by the Self Management Resource Center. Participants will receive a Living a Healthy Life book and Relaxation for Mind & Body CD for participating.
When: Wednesdays, May 28-July 2, 2025, 1:00 PM-3:30 PM
