This hands-on workshop with provide a step-by-step demonstration of cutting a lamb carcass into retail cuts.
Participants will be introduced to basic equipment used and learn terminology related to retail cuts.
A meal lamb burgers will prepared and shared by participants. Registration is required.
$5 fee for adults, free for youth to attend.
