Join MU Extension Dairy Specialist, Chloe, and Nutrition and Health Specialist, Hannah, to learn how to make homemade butter in a jar! We will also be learning about dairy production in Missouri, as well as how to safely store butter. We will also go over different recipes for butter and using butter. This class will be hosted at the Dallas County Courthouse.
