Whether you are new to home food preservation, or you just need a refresher on something you’ve been doing for years, these food preservation workshops can help you preserve food safely and efficiently.  This workshop will focus on boiling water, steam canning, pressure cannine processes through the making of jam, salsa, and green beans, and you will leave each workshop with finished food products to enjoy. This is a hands-on workshop, so you'll be able to practice what you learn!

This food preservation program was developed by University of Missouri Extension faculty and is based on USDA research conducted by the National Center for Home Food Preservation at the University of Georgia.
