Learn how to score Whitetail deer antlers using Boone and Crockett scoring system. Also learn how to make summer sausage with your deer harvest. Each person will leave the workshop with 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of summer sausage to cook at home. This program is brought to you by the Christian County MU Extension and the Missouri department of Conservation.
