Come discover the magic of compost with the Extension Master Gardeners of Greater Kansas City at our information table at Powell Gardens Colonial Farms Children's Festival in June. We’ll have hands-on, engaging activities for all ages to explore what compost is, why it matters, and how it helps gardens grow. EMGs will also have soil testing kits available and will be accepting soil test samples and payment. Plus, the first 100 elementary-aged children will receive a free goody garden bag!
