Deep Roots is partnering with the Irene H. Ruiz Library and the Kansas City Native Plant Swap to host a community Plant & Seed Swap on Wednesday, September 23rd from 5pm-7pm!
Do you have extra plants from dividing your garden? Unused seeds? Rooted cuttings looking for a new home? Bring them along and swap with fellow plant lovers. Simply bring one or more healthy, pest-free plants, cuttings, seeds, or garden extras, and we’ll help facilitate the trades. Plants may be potted or bare root. Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just getting started, come connect with other plant enthusiasts as you discover something new and grow your garden! Extension Master Gardeners of Greater Kansas City will be on hand to answer questions about available resources and programs in your area.
