A full-day conference to advance real-world learning and workforce readiness for students.
The program will include keynote speakers, breakout sessions, panels, workshops, and roundtables highlighting:
- Real-world learning and career-connected education
- Apprenticeships as a sustainable workforce training model
- Innovative hiring practices and talent pipelines
- Entrepreneurship, agriculture, healthcare, and emerging careers
- Student voice and employer–educator collaboration
- Workforce trends and future skill needs

Registration:
$15 in-person attendance
$10 virtual attendance
This event is in collaboration with The City of Springfield Workforce Development, Missouri State University College of Education and Human Development, Greene County Commissioners, and MU Extension Labor and Workforce Development.
The target audience includes educators (PK–12 and postsecondary) and their students, employers, workforce partners, chambers, and community stakeholders.
