Dining with Diabetes is a 4-session course that helps participants build food skills through cooking while learning strategies to better manage, prevent or delay complications related to diabetes. Participants will cook a diabetic friendly meal during each class. Class led by trained specialists from the University of Missouri Extension. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required.
