• Identify 4-H Youth Program & Project Leaders, FFA Advisors and individuals seeking to improve their knowledge of curing, trimming and evaluating country cured hams. 
  • Identify individuals who may have an interest in helping with County Fairs and other cured meat contests. 
  • Provide an overview of broadly accepted country cured ham judging criteria. 
  • Evaluate country cured hams on-site. 
  • To compile a list of potential judges for future events. 

Interested individuals may attend one or both workshops. 

The clinic is free but is limited to 25 attendees at each session.
