Identify 4-H Youth Program & Project Leaders, FFA Advisors and individuals seeking to improve their knowledge of curing, trimming and evaluating country cured hams. Identify individuals who may have an interest in helping with County Fairs and other cured meat contests. Provide an overview of broadly accepted country cured ham judging criteria. Evaluate country cured hams on-site. To compile a list of potential judges for future events. Interested individuals may attend one or both workshops. The clinic is free but is limited to 25 attendees at each session.
