Build Your Board is a dynamic, 10-session training program designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to serve effectively as a non-profit board member. Delivered in engaging, one-hour live Zoom sessions, the program offers a convenient and interactive way to grow as a leader while networking with fellow non-profit professionals.
Sessions will take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays, Noon – 1 p.m., April 1 – May 1, 2025.

The curriculum is designed for current and aspiring non-profit board members and applies to organizations of all types. Whether you're new to board service or looking to refine your skills, you'll gain actionable strategies to lead with confidence.
Each session is facilitated by experienced MU Extension faculty from across the state, bringing real-world expertise and a deep understanding of non-profit governance.
