Born Strong, Stay Healthy--Join us to build the strength and confidence you need to stay active and healthy during pregnancy and postpartum.   

In our supportive 45-minute classes, held twice a week over four weeks, you'll participate in thoughtfully designed workouts that include a gentle warm-up, targeted strength exercises, and a calming cool-down.   

Led by trained instructors, the BSSH program emphasizes functional movements that support the physical demands of pregnancy and parenthood, helping you improve posture, core stability, balance, and overall endurance.   

Whether you're preparing for labor, recovering postpartum, supporting a pregnant person, or simply aiming to feel your best, our encouraging environment meets you where you are.   

In these virtual classes, babies and baby wearing are welcome. You will need a sturdy chair, a furniture slider or paper plate for some movements, as well as a light and moderate-heavy pair of dumbbells.   

You'll receive an exercise guide to continue your progress outside of class, ensuring your fitness journey doesn’t stop when the class ends.
