Description:
Before a community decides to reinvent the wheel, it is important for them to explore the existing programs and resources. This means searching locally, statewide and in communities across the country. Learn some key places to get started and how to find best practices as you begin to think about projects to improve the early child care landscape in your community. By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the importance of a needs assessment.
- Identify resources that are available to different stakeholders within the Early Child Care Ecosystem.
