Join Nutrition and Health Specialist Kathy Deeken for an informative program on Alpha-Gal Syndrome, a food allergy triggered by tick bites. 

This session will cover common symptoms, screening and diagnosis, and practical tips for prevention. Participants will also learn how to make safe food selections, explore alternative ingredients, and enjoy a recipe sample designed for those living with Alpha-Gal Syndrome. 

There is no cost to participate.
