Today’s supervisors face more complexity than ever—hybrid work environments, heightened employee expectations, AI disruption, and increasing pressure to do more with fewer resources. Technical skill alone is no longer enough. Effective supervision requires emotional intelligence, coaching capability, decision confidence, and the ability to lead people through constant change.
The Supervisory Certificate Series: Leading Today’s Teams is an interactive learning experience designed for frontline supervisors, aspiring supervisors, and experienced supervisors seeking a modern leadership reset.
Participants gain the skills and confidence to:
- Lead people effectively in fast-changing work environments
- Build trust while holding teams accountable
- Navigate conflict and performance challenges with clarity
- Communicate with impact across in-person, hybrid, and remote contexts
- Develop themselves and others for long-term success
Across eight live, instructor-led sessions totaling 16 hours of professional training, participants develop essential supervisory skills they can apply immediately on the job. Each session blends real-world leadership frameworks with small-group discussions, case scenarios, and skills practice, ensuring learning moves beyond theory into confident workplace performance.
The eight live, instructor-led sessions will take place from 12 -2 P.M. CST on the following days:
- Mondays: 2/2/26, 2/9/26, 2/16/26, 2/23/26, & 3/2/26
