There’s nothing quite like a Missouri summer evening filled with the smell of fresh tomatoes, good food, and neighbors gathering together. Join us for the 2026 Tomato Festival at Jefferson Farm Extension and Engagement Center on August 27 from 4:00–7:00 PM for a celebration of gardening, flavor, and community.
This year’s festival will feature food and nutrition activities, dietetics and healthy living education, cooking demonstrations and classes, gardening groups, and plenty of opportunities to learn new ways to enjoy one of summer’s favorite crops. Of course, the crowd favorite — refreshing tomato lemonade — will be back along with hot peppers and other garden delights.
