2025 Women's Conference - She Rises

We are thrilled to invite you to the 20th Annual Women’s Health Conference, hosted by University of Missouri Extension. This year’s theme, “She Rises: Strong in Mind, Body & Spirit,” highlights our commitment to supporting the holistic health and leadership of women across Southeast Missouri. Themed “She Rises: Strong in Mind, Body & Spirit,” the conference will feature a women empowerment event, welcome reception, keynote speaker, interactive breakout sessions, free breast screenings, wellness vendors, and curated giveaways. We anticipate welcoming over 100 women from across Southeast Missouri. This vibrant community event will take place on Friday, December 5, 2025 and will feature: A dynamic keynote speaker and breakout wellness sessions Free breast cancer screenings and wellness services A curated women’s vendor market NEW: A Welcome Reception for networking and inspiration the evening prior NEW: A Women’s Empowerment Brunch to launch our regional women’s coalition and promote health, leadership, and economic empowerment Through these expanded offerings, we are creating a multi-day experience that celebrates, uplifts, and connects women of all ages, races, and backgrounds — while laying the foundation for our forthcoming She Rises Women’s Coalition.
