Join us for the Washington County Community Walk, hosted by University of Missouri Extension as part of the statewide 100 Miles, 100 Days initiative. Taking place around the halfway point of the challenge, this free, in-person event is a fun and encouraging way to celebrate your progress, connect with your community, and stay motivated to keep moving through the rest of the summer.
Whether you’ve already logged miles or are just getting started, everyone is welcome. The walk is open to all ages and abilities, and participants will have the opportunity to meet others taking part in the challenge, explore local trails or parks, and pick up helpful tips and resources to support their health goals.
If you haven’t already, be sure to register for the statewide 100 Miles, 100 Days program to start tracking your activity and receive weekly motivation.
Then sign up here to join your local Washington County Community Walk—we can’t wait to see you there! Cost: Free Contact: Sarah Barks, sbarks@missouri.edu
