Join us for various Community Walks in August hosted by University of Missouri Extension as part of the statewide 100 Miles, 100 Days initiative!
This no-cost, in-person event is a fun and encouraging way to connect with your community, stay active, and enjoy the outdoors during the summer challenge. Whether you’ve already been logging miles or are just getting started, everyone is welcome. The walks are open to all ages and abilities.
The walks will take place at Springfield Botanical Center at Nathanael Greene Park. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet others taking part in the challenge and learn about resources and opportunities that support healthy living.
If you haven’t already, be sure to register for the statewide 100 Miles, 100 Days program to start tracking your activity and receive weekly motivation.
This is a no-cost event.
